Holistic Healing Hawaii

The newest healing center, Holistic Healing Hawaii was opened in September, 2008 in Waikiki by Renata. Renata moved from Germany to Hawaii 4 years ago and started this center.

She does Chi Gung or Reiki or Hypnotherapy and many other things and she invites the Indian instructor for Yoga, Meditation and Energy healing. Her Chi Gung class and Shiva's Yoga class are $18/class or $55/month. She also have some other workshop, like lomilomi or Indian flute occasionally.

They also have Hawaiian Lomilomi/Energy healing Kahuna lady, Poha. Poha learned how to massage with Lomilomi from Hawaiian spirits. From my book #2 "When you have a problem"

When you have a problem, do you face it or run away? There is a reason why you have the problem and if you keep running away from it, it will come back in different way until you face it.

I know it is very uncomfortable to face it, but take a deep breath and be calm and tell yourself "I will be OK". Repeat this for a few times.

Or sometimes people worry about things before it happens. Why? Do not worry about the things which has not happened yet... and just tell yourself "Let it flow and my guides will take me to the right direction!" and have a faith!

My Book #2

"Hawaiian Breeze" is my second book. My book #1

I published two books in Japan last year. I am going to introudce one of them today.

It is called "Hawaiian Pua Book" and very beautifully illustrated healing picture book of 44 Hawaiian plants and flowers. I channneled each flower to get message and wrote message, hint and fortune telling from flowers on each page. So you can use this book just like a tarot cards. Shut the book and think about what you want to know and open up any page and the page you opend is the message for you. My Psychic teacher, Patti Foshee

I met Patti first time in 1999 here in Honolulu. At that time, she did have reading at a small book store. Introducing good organic bath salt and candle

There is a little Feng Shui Store on the corner of South King and Hausten St., Honolulu, called "Mirror Mirror". The owner carrys only good stuff.
I found new products there, one is mineral bath salt by Cattle Care (http://www.kettlecare.com/bath-and-shower/mineral-bath/). They have a few kinds, and I bought Citrus and Ditox one. When you soak into the bath tub with these salt, maybe in 15 miutes, you start feeling like getting acupuncture or something only on the part of having some troubles, like knee, elbow. After the bath you feel so refreshed and so good!
Another product is a candle made by Soy Wax by Bennington(http://uncommonscents.com/Bennington-Candle-Soy-Wax-Tin-p/bctin.htm).
Because of using soy wax, no soot like regular cadle and they are using pure essential oils, so the smell is so good. I burned this in the bedroom and for a few hours, opening my closet door. After that, my clothes smell really good with lavender essential oil.
