From my book #2 "When you have a problem"


When you have a problem, do you face it or run away? There is a reason why you have the problem and if you keep running away from it, it will come back in different way until you face it.

I know it is very uncomfortable to face it, but take a deep breath and be calm and tell yourself "I will be OK". Repeat this for a few times.

Or sometimes people worry about things before it happens. Why? Do not worry about the things which has not happened yet... and just tell yourself "Let it flow and my guides will take me to the right direction!" and have a faith!

Just try, it works!
